My art is for personal, non-profit purposes only. On occasion I may accept commercial work but there will be an additional fee and it must be discussed explicitly beforehand.

Do NOT repost my art without explicit permission (Uploading to a characters gallery on toyhouse is allowed with credit to PhoenixRemixed).

Clearly credit me if you use the art you commissioned, such as for a profile picture.

Please do NOT claim, copy, edit, trace, or alter my art work in any way.

Do NOT remove, hide, or alter my signature / watermark.

You may NOT create/mint/sell any of my art as NFT's. This includes commissions.

You may NOT feed any of my artwork, paid or otherwise, into AI image generators.

I retain full rights and copyrights to the artwork as well as the right to post it or use it for self promotion.

I retain the rights to decline a commission for any reason.

These commissions are for digital artworks so you will not receive any physical items.

Turnaround is between 1 week and 2 months.

My Trello queue shows where you are in the queue and whether I’ve started on your commission yet.

Rush orders are available for a fee (must be discussed before I start).

A sketch will be provided to you during the initial phase. Please make sure to discuss desired changes at this point.

Any changes requested after the sketch phase will be charged an additional fee.

Finished commissions will be provided to you as a .png, .jpg, or .gif depending on the type of commission.

Please make sure to save a copy of the final artwork immediately. I will only have the files available to you for a finite time and cannot guarantee that they will be available for a longer period of time (in the case of clearing files, a computer crash, etc).

I accept USD through Paypal and Stripe.

Full payment must be received before starting your commission.

I will only offer refunds if I haven't started the artwork. Partial refunds may be discussed on a case by case basis.

Please do not send payment until after we have confirmed the details of your commission and I have asked for you to send it.

Additional fees may be charged for rush orders, detailed characters, etc, but I will tell you as such when initially discussing your commission and before you pay.

Do not issue a chargeback. If you have a problem with your commission, please privately contact me instead so we can discuss it. You will be blacklisted if I find you have initiated a chargeback or broken any of these terms.

By default, my commissions are for personal, non-profit use only.

Commissions are considered commercial use in cases where you have the potential to earn an income through the use of my art including but not limited to: selling products which use the artwork, and cases where you receive profits from a platform where you have posted/used/advertised using my art (such as Patreon, YouTube, business cards, a personal website, etc).

Commercial commissions will be charged fees in addition to the base commission price.

Commercial commissions must be explicitly discussed and agreed to at the time of the initial commission inquiry.
